What is the MOQ? Can I mix sizes?

Send the first-order quantity for each size and finish. We will review the model, finish and custom requirements, then confirm the minimum order and mixed-size conditions in your quotation.

How should I specify frame sizes?

Provide width × height and mm, cm or inch units. Identify whether the dimensions refer to the artwork, mount, visible opening or outside frame. Include the front panel and backing requirements. Use the profile and size guide.

What does an assembled frame include?

Define the joined rails, front panel, backing, retention, hangers and packing needed for your finished product. Each included component should be identified in the agreed build and quotation. Compare the supply formats.

Which finishes can I discuss?

DAMAX’s core treatments include anodizing and brushing. Specify colour, texture and sheen, then confirm the selected model’s finish against a physical sample for your order.

Can I review a sample before a batch?

Discuss a representative sample with the proposed dimensions, finish and components. Sample price, shipping and timing are confirmed for the specification and destination. Keep the approved sample and written details for repeat orders.

What determines price and delivery timing?

Frame size, profile, finish, components, quantity mix and packing determine the product scope. Sample approval, production requirements and the delivery route affect timing. Request an itemised quotation on the same specification. Use the procurement checklist.
