سياسة الخصوصية

Last updated: 6 October 2026

DAMAX (“we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact details (name, company, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number);
  • Inquiry information (products of interest, specifications, quantities, and messages you send us);
  • Information you provide when you request a quote, download our catalog, or contact our sales team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotations;
  • Process and fulfil orders, including manufacturing, logistics and after-sales support;
  • Send you product updates and business communications you have requested;
  • Improve our website, products and services;
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, analyse site traffic, and remember your preferences. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, some features of the site may not function properly without them.

Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)

When you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website and improve our product information. It measures page views, scrolling, clicks on our email and WhatsApp contact links, and successful inquiry submissions. Analytics may include browser and device information and approximate location. We do not send the names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents entered in inquiry forms to Google Analytics. Our analytics integration removes URL query strings and does not send email or WhatsApp link contents.

The Google analytics tag starts only after you permit the analytics category. You can decline analytics without losing access to our product pages or inquiry form, and reopen your choices at any time. Google may process analytics data in countries outside your own. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

Website interaction analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

When you permit analytics cookies, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our public product pages through click and scroll metrics, heatmaps, and session replays. We use these insights to improve product information and the inquiry experience. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies and may process device, browser, page, interaction and approximate location information. We configure masking for inquiry forms, input fields and submission notices, and do not provide customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or inquiry messages as custom identifiers or event data.

Our Clarity tag loads only after analytics consent. You may decline or withdraw this consent using the cookie preferences above. This integration excludes signed-in WordPress visits, account and checkout pages, and URLs or referrers containing query parameters. Microsoft may process data outside your country; its use of data is described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

When you consent to marketing cookies, we use the Google Ads tag to measure advertising activity on our website and understand advertising performance. Google may process cookies, advertising click identifiers, page, browser and device information, including outside your country. We do not send inquiry form names, email addresses, phone numbers or message contents through this tag. Personalised advertising is disabled in this integration. The advertising tag is configured only after marketing consent; you may decline or withdraw this consent using the cookie preferences above without losing access to our products or inquiry form. See Google’s Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party service providers (such as website analytics, email, and payment providers) to operate and improve our services. These providers process your information only on our behalf and are contractually required to protect it. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. International Transfers

As an international manufacturer and exporter, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. We take steps to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
